At First Church, we believe our church must grow larger and smaller at the same time.
We grow larger to reach as many people as possible with the life-giving message of Jesus.
We gather in small groups to build community and love for each other.
Our small group model is based on the early church described
in the book of Acts. (Acts 2:42, 5:42)
Small group meetings helped lay the foundation of the early church.
The disciples grew in love, teaching in every house the doctrine of Jesus,
in breaking of bread and in fellowship with each other.
We meet in life groups that cater to various interests. We meet in spring and fall semesters with many different groups that change with each semester.
